These apartments are located in the Varvari settlement
on the western bank of the Istrian Peninsula, between the ears of the Mirna River (in the north) and the Lima Canal (in the south). It has a mild climate, a separated coast with a lot of small islands, peninsula filled with pine forests and beautiful beaches protected from the sea on the island of St. Nicholas. All of this helped Poreč become the leading center of Croatian tourism, which has developed from a small fishing spot into an attractive tourist spot. The apartments are 30 minutes (on foot) from the sea. There are shops and several restaurants nearby. Downtown is about 20 minutes walk away.
